Tailored Promotion Activity: |
While making exhibition on spot at the expo, exhibitors may make use of the media/commercial resources aggregated from home and abroad at the expo to hold special recommendation activities. The organizing committee will offer a serial of service, including booking the venue, arranging the venue, inviting the media and the aid of inviting professional visitors
Brand Show:
Show inside the Exhibition Hall Subject Show in Hotels The sponsor is responsible for supplying the venue, standard T-shape stage setting, acoustics, lighting apparatus, making of the stage back boards, the invitation of 10 models and will invite the related professionals and media to attend.
Notes: : The specific requirements and prices for the service items mentioned above will be subject to the discussions with the sponsor and the charge for special requirements will be rated separately. |

Remarks: |
- The advertising materials or design draft for the proceedings must be submitted to the organizer prior to this September 30 th.
- The materials or design draft for the tickets are to be submitted to the organizer within ten days upon reservation.
- Please make 50% of the total charge as the down payment while booking any manner, the balance shall be paid off within one week prior to the exhibition opening and you’ll be appreciated for paying off once.
- Supply final design draft to the sponsor as soon as possible after booking all promotion items, please provide the film base or electronic documents(attached with the sample draft) for printing ads., the sponsor will accept various documents made by PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR and COREDRAW and the picture resolution must exceed 300 dpi.
- All booking items will not be approved of the making until the organizer has received the payment accordingly.
