| Methods and regulations for registration: |
| 1、After filling in the form, please fax
or mail this form to the organizing committee with the hard copies
of trade license、trademark, etc. |
| 2、Within one week after the
registration, you are expected to pay a deposit of more than 50%
of total expenses, or your order is invalid; the rest shall be paid
within one week before the Expo; nonrecurring payment is permitted. |
| 3、The principle to distribute booths:
First register, First pay and First distributed. |
| 4、After the delivery of the deposit, occasional
withdrawal or decrease of the number of booth is forbidden, or the
organizing committee will cancel your qualification without return
of the deposit. |
| 5、After the delivery of the deposit, the
organizing committee will mail you the order confirmation letter
and Handbook of registration that provides specific arrangement. |
| 6、Once space is needed for news conference,
product & technology introduction conference or other activities,
relevant scheme is expected to deliver to the organizing committee
one month before the Expo. |
